Runoff added 72 acre feet to lake level. Three more weeks of similar runoff will fill the lake, before any water is taken from Pine Ditch. LDWA has purchased 400 acre feet from Lake Nighthorse if needed this year. The City of Durango has ended its access to city fire hydrants for water haulers. LDWA is considering selling water to the haulers if it can find a way to do so economically and logistically.
